The following MySQL Database servers have been upgraded:

mysql02.siteserver.net
mysql05.siteserver.net

This upgrade was performed during our maintenance window last night. The upgrades replaced the following server configuration:

Dell PowerEdge 2550
2x2.4GHZ Xeon CPU
4GB Memory
(3) x 146GB 15k SCSI Drives w/RAID 5

With the following:

Dell PowerEdge 6650
4x3.0GHZ Xeon CPU w/4MB Cache
16GB Memory
(5) x 146GB 15k SCSI Drives w/RAID 5 Storage

These upgrades will reduce query times by over 400%, while increasing backup time and lower CPU usage by an average of 200%
