Yealink SIP Series - Enable and Disable Do Not Disturb

Phone Systems / Guides

What does this feature do?

The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to reject all incoming calls. This can be useful when trying to focus on that big project or if you are away from your desk.

How do I use this on my VoIP Phone?

On some Yealink Models, such as the larger SIP-T26's or T28's, this option will be available from the phone's main screen. On smaller models you will need to go through the phone's menu.

Enabling Do Not Disturb
  • On your phone, press the Menu button
  • Select Features > DND
  • Use your arrow keys to select the Phone Mode from the Username field
  • Select Enable from the DND field

  • The DND icon on the idle screen indicates that the Do Not Disturb mode is enabled.
Incoming calls will be rejected automatically and "n Missed Call" ("n" indicates the
number of the missed calls) will prompt on the LCD screen.
